Ocean View Duplex Apartment Furnished

The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and the full kitchen for cutting back on eating out while in Sitka. Thank you!

The lodging was spacious with a beautiful view of the bay from the living and dining room. The lower level bedrooms, bathroom and laundry were clean, up to date and pleasant.The upper floor with the kitchen, dining room and living room would be wonderfully improved with some upgraded cabinets, counters and dining table without nicks, and newer and less used living room furniture with an added coffee table. We did not have all the fixings for a fire which would have been nice the first night. We touched base with the owner about this. The kitchen needs organization and some sharp knives. Also it would have been nice to know that the kitchen contains supplies for coffee, tea and spices.The owners have been in contact with me on a regular basis for over three months and have made some great recommendations in terms of a taxi orientation. In addition they supplied a map and binder with restaurant choices and other general information. The property is wonderfully situated near two grocery stores and many wonderful walking and hiking trails. It is in a very calm, quiet part of town.

The property was exactly as described. The view from the living room was awesome. It was really nice having the carport to park under as it rained every day we were there. The area the apartment is in is nice and quiet and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Sitka.

Clean, great view and hosts are very responsive and communicative. Only complaint is there is only enough hot water for one shower in the morning! Get up early!
