Room 1: 1 Queen bed with a private bathroom.
Room 2: 1 double bed.

Fully equipped kitchen: We offer a coffee maker, pots, pans, baking trays, cooking utensils, steak knives, cutting board, wine opener, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, kids' utensils, and much more to help you prepare and enjoy your meals.
Balcony with city view: Relax and enjoy the fresh air and urban scenery.
High-speed WiFi: Perfect for working or staying connected.
Laundry area: Includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
We provide clean towels, shower gel, toilet paper, a hairdryer, and other toiletries so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Before your arrival, you will be required to choose between two damage protection options through our third-party provider Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message to complete this process. The options are as follows:
Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).
Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.
We recommend completing this process before your arrival to ensure a quick and seamless check-in.
Other things to note
Keyless entry: The front door features a keyless lock. The code will be provided in the check-in details, which are sent directly to the guest the day before check-in.
Parking: Free street parking or you can opt for private parking two blocks away (Parqueadero y Lavadero Los Alamos).

I really enjoyed my stay there and the area seem to be very safe. Also everything you would need is accessible in the area. The only issue is that you’re not allowed complete access to the jacuzzi at any time, which kind of defeats the purpose of having it while on vacation there. Love the host, the view, and cleanliness.
