About this villa rental
A few steps from Ondarreta Beach, in one of San Sebastián's quietest and most exclusive residential neighborhoods, Villa Loretopea is an elegant villa designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay with family or friends.
• 4 bedrooms: the main bedroom has a 160 cm (queen-size) bed, and the other three each have two 90 cm (twin) beds.
• All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and Smart TV.
• One additional bathroom.
• Three living areas.
• Living and dining room.
• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
• Dedicated workspaces, ideal if you need to stay connected during your stay.
• Two furnished terraces: one on the main floor and another on the top floor.
• Private garage with direct access to the villa.
The villa is spread over five floors connected by a private elevator. It features heating throughout the house, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the first-floor bedroom, the stair landing, and the top-floor living room, allowing the upper levels to cool the rest of the home. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
Villa Loretopea is professionally managed by FeelFree Rentals and includes 24/7 guest support, as well as a local office in San Sebastián to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
You can also book additional services such as extra housekeeping and a carefully curated selection of experiences in San Sebastián and the surrounding area, including boat trips, traditional Basque dining experiences, pintxo tours, vineyard visits, and excursions to the French Basque Country.

6 adults enjoyed the spaces that the home had and we loved the location because it was close to the beach and restaurants! Each bedroom having their own bathroom was great! Having garage parking was helpful. Room darkening shutters were awesome!
The house was beautiful, clean and we felt totally safe.
A few inconveniences I wish we would have been aware of:
We had to go pick up keys and then go to the house. After a day of travel and arriving in a city we’ve never been to, it would have been nice to go straight to the home.
There are no condiments or spices for cooking and we arrived Sunday evening and stores were closed. We woke up to absolutely no coffee pods or tea, and only 1 small ice tray, plus only 1 dishwasher pod, a tiny thing of soap and 1 roll of paper towels. Not a huge deal but the lack of little necessities was inconvenient and unexpected since those things are provided by most rentals, especially ones of this caliber.
Overall, we would happily stay there again and next time we will come more prepared!

There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately.
