What an incredible house with lots of excellent spaces, everything everyone needs to be happy and comfortable, clean comfortable linens, and BOOKS! The family room, dining area, and outdoor porches offer so much space to visit or play games, which was appreciated as we had bad weather and ended up stuck in the house more than we expected - we enjoyed the time anyway. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed with every appliance we needed (except a corkscrew which seemed funny!). Our party was multiple families arriving from multiple different cities with blended groups of elementary-aged kids and teenagers. The main bedroom is large with a spacious bathroom. For those with mobility issues, moving a lot of groceries or luggage up & down the stairs will be difficult for the kitchen and main bedroom. Downstairs, however, offers a fantastic extra room with a kitchenette, very comfy murphy bed, and it's own space which was great for older family members. PLUS downstairs has another bedroom with bath, and also a bunk room for four kids (with a very sturdy double set of bunk beds) with it's own bathroom also! This doesn't even mention the extra bed in a loft style room, which also has a neat circular stair up to an elevated room with a view and more books. Everyone can find a space to sleep, and we had plenty of room for large meals. The unit is incredibly close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. It's a win all the way around!!!

It was a perfect house for our vacation. Just a short walk to the beach and plenty of room for our larger family. We enjoyed every aspect and will plan to be back!
