About this house rental
Delphine and Cyrille welcome you to their cottage Les Chapélétas, completely renovated with the charm of stone, it is located in the center of the typical Ardèche village of St Alban Auriolles.
In the heart of the village you can enjoy the bakery, a mini-market, a butcher, a pizzeria, a tobacco bar, a post office, a fruit and vegetable producer and its market on Monday mornings. All these amenities are within walking distance.
10 minutes from Ruoms you are also close to major tourist sites: Caverne du pont d'arc (Chauvet 2), Vogué, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Le Bois de Païolive, Les Vans....You can also access the 3 rivers that surround us: 15 minutes walk from Chassezac, 10 minutes by car from the Ardèche or Beaume.
Our cottage is equipped to accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 and 2 bunk beds of 90), a bathroom with an Italian shower and a living room with an open kitchen.
Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, television, barbecue will provide you with all the necessary comfort.
A private courtyard, fully enclosed, will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, its facilities and the freshness of its vaults in summer, for total relaxation.
Les Chapélétas is adjoining our second cottage Lou Cagnard, without vis-à-vis and the entrances are independent.
Summer holiday period: arrivals and departures are on Saturdays
Refundable deposit 250€
Option:
- End of stay cleaning 45€
- sheets on arrival 12€ bed 160 and 9€ bed 90
- Towels 5€ per person
