When looking for a place to stay in DC, look no further. This is a clean, 3 story, 3br townhouse, with each having their own en-suite, there is also a powder room off the kitchen area. Don’t forget a pull out couch as well.There is plenty of space to unwind after a long day visiting the museums. All the amenities you need to be comfortable. There is along a one car garage for a car or small SUV, or park in front of the house. No need to drive anywhere, as you are only a 5 minute walk to the metro. Grab you a ticket and explore all DC has to offer. If ever I’m back in DC, this is where I’ll be staying. Five stars all the way!

We stayed 4 nights and had a positive experience with this rental. I’d recommend this to anyone who has no problem with stairs.
Pro:
+ 10 minute walk to Blue line Minnesota station
+ quiet neighborhood
+ fully equipped kitchen
+ digital locks and security system
+ modern walk-in shower in master
+ single car garage (great for a compact vehicle)
+ plenty of linens, household supplies, laundry
+ solid Wi-Fi
+ excellent host support

Four of us were in town for a long weekend and the space was perfect. Loved the layout and everything was very comfortable! The property manager was great! He made sure we had everything we needed in advance and was very responsive.
We did take Lyft/Uber for all of our activities and it was about a 20 minute ride to the National Mall, National Harbor and the Wharf.
