Great house! We stayed here before going to a show at Echostage.

We stayed 4 nights and had a positive experience with this rental. I’d recommend this to anyone who has no problem with stairs. Pro: + 10 minute walk to Blue line Minnesota station + quiet neighborhood + fully equipped kitchen + digital locks and security system + modern walk-in shower in master + single car garage (great for a compact vehicle) + plenty of linens, household supplies, laundry + solid Wi-Fi + excellent host support Con: - in our stay we had nothing negative come up

Four of us were in town for a long weekend and the space was perfect. Loved the layout and everything was very comfortable! The property manager was great! He made sure we had everything we needed in advance and was very responsive. We did take Lyft/Uber for all of our activities and it was about a 20 minute ride to the National Mall, National Harbor and the Wharf.
