In a small village with all shops, 30' from La Rochelle, 20' from Niort,
Many activities on site (boat trips, cycling, horseback riding, hiking, cinema, restaurants...)
Spacious cottage for 4 people (possible 5), combining local stone, an old framework and large bay windows. Accommodation open on 2 levels; a large L-shaped mezzanine, including a master bedroom area, a living room (TV area) and another bedroom compartment with 2 single beds.
On the first floor, bright living room communicating with the equipped kitchen (American fridge...)

Shaded terrace and garden, private parking, linen provided (organic detergent).
Bicycles available. Numerous mountain bike circuits offered from the house.
Swimming pool to be shared with the owners. (priority to tenants 😉)
