The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We are nestled all the way in the back of the neighborhood where you will find it to be most peaceful. You will also have the beautiful views of the mountains right outside in the backyard and of course the lovely sunsets in the evenings. You won’t be disappointed once you take in all the beauty and coziness this home has to offer.
We are only five minutes away from the freeway. The annual gem show is a 20 minute ride from the property. This gorgeous brand new fully upgraded, home that was recently built in 2023 has tall, vaulted ceilings, and 10 foot doors. It is very spacious and grand with a huge concept, kitchen and a massive island. It is equipped with all state of the art appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, which opens up into the living room so you can cook and host and still be involved with all your family and friends. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This place is great for large groups with families and kids. All bedrooms but 1 as well as the living room are all equipped with smart TVs for your favorite streaming service. Free WiFi is included. The master bathroom has a huge stone, walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two bunkbeds. Each bunkbed has a twin over full mattress accommodating to sleep up to 6 children. Our home also includes a full-size office in the den where you can set up as your own personal workspace. We also provide Samsung oversized washer and dryer . You will have full access to the enclosed automatic garage with remote. We provide everything that you will need as if this was your own home. Fully stocked with all your needs, toiletries, towels, linens, ect.
Please note, the backyard is under construction at the moment and is being remodeled.

Very clean, lovely home. We were surprised that there wasn't any shampoo or soap in the bathroom showers, even tho they were listed as an amenity. There also wasn't any dish soap for the kitchen, nor coffee, which seems like typical items to have available. Overall it was a wonderful stay, though.

It’s was a very beautiful home! Ac worked amazingly as we kept it at 71 and it stayed there all day even with it being over 100! Very clean as well! Stayed here with 4 little kiddos, 2 dogs, and 2 adults for a few days and it was perfect! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to book! The sunset out on the back patio was beautiful too!

Great location. Family coming in from OK (drive) and NY (fly). Large size easily accommodated party of 6baby. And, daily visits from local family members 4-7. Facilities are clean, stylish, modern and functional. Great space for entertaining. We cooked a number of evening meals. The pots and pans need to be replaced. And, there needs to be a modern set of knives for preparing food.
