Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.
Payments
If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.
Military Discount

Beautiful, comfortable home, close to great hikes and waterfalls. One week was not long enough! Looking to go back in summer.

Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen will needed pots, pans, supplies. Just strange to have pictures missing from the walls, which made me want to "do something about it, to fix it" rather than relaxing. Downstairs musty smelling. A guest stay downstairs in the bedroom furthest from the smell and said it was tolerable for 4 nights. We stayed/splet upstairs on the main level . Bed was comfortable, but mattress on a metal frame. Convenient to stores and outdoor hiking opportunities.

Chalet was beautiful and peaceful just as noted in the listing. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs as we preferred that shower. Only drawback was there is no storage in that bathroom. Thankfully there was a cart with 2 shelves in the bedroom so we could store our toiletries there.
