My fiance and our friend were there for the graduation of our other friend's husband from the college and it was a good little spot to sleep. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, everything worked well. Had no issues with check in or anything else. The location is absolutely beautiful. I will say, we didnt realize the bathroom was in the bedroom, so it did make it a bit awkward when our friend, who was sleeping on the couch bed, needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night, or for changing/showering situations. So just be aware that the bathroom is not in a neutral location.
