Very clean and check in was simple. No A/C in lower portion of unit but we made due with fans. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the water in the showers one evening, scalding and unable to turn down heat but we notified management the following day and they repaired it. Chairs on the balcony would have been nice even though no real view, it was nice to be in sunshine. Would stay again.

Great stay overall. The AC wasn't working, which was a bit tough to navigate in the summer, but the team worked with us to mitigate the situation! The place is exactly as pictured, and in a fantastic location. Very communicative!

Great place for a large group. People sleeping downstairs said it was very warm in the bedrooms. They were having issues with the AC

Pros and cons. Great location, much larger and nicer than we expected. The soaps, lotions, and cleansing products that were provided were nice. Quite a few cons, though. There was mouse poop in the basement and one of our guests that was with us had a mouse climbing on her in the middle of the night. There was no folder or pamphlet, or a sheet of paper with information when we got into the unit. We didn’t know where the washer and dryer was. The phone on the wall didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom by the front door wouldn’t drain. The entire air conditioning in the basement didn’t work at all. We were notified of this though before we arrive. They advertise that they have a local shuttle that they will provide, however, every single time that we called for it, we were notified that the ‘driver had gone home early for the night’. This was at 2:30 PM, and 4 PM. So, they essentially do not have the shuttle that they advertise if they considering going home early for the night at 2:30 PM. Because the entire basement didn’t have a thermostat, they had provided a standup air conditioning unit, but when we arrived, it was empty and not working. So that wasn’t even ready or prepared for us when we arrived that night. And, the pool and hot tub were under construction. We would have appreciated that information before we made our booking. The reason we chose this condo was purely because we wanted the pool and hot tub.
