This newly built villa brings a new meaning to luxury. Privately positioned, surrounded by outstanding sea landscapes, the island of Dias (Zeus) and with breathtaking sunset views, villa Charis is appealing for couples offering a sense of privacy and seclusion.

Constructed respecting the traditional Kefalonian architecture, Faenna is a graciously simple, supremely relaxing Villa in the uncrowded south-west corner of the island.
Faenna, named after one of Zeus graces, was the Greek goddess of shining and charm. Faenna is built on an area plot called “Zeus Orchard” which was cultivated for olive oil and wine by monks living on the island Dias during the 1900’s.
Faenna is accessed through a private road and is surrounded by green fields, olive groves and by lush Ionian vegetation.

Open plan and spacious living with elevated vaulted ceiling flowing discreetly to the large patio doors over-looking the sea view, infinity pool and garden. A fully equipped separated kitchen area including a breakfast bar, which overlooks the large patio doors, and living areas.
One Master bedroom with patio doors leading directly to the poolside and garden. The wardrobes are unique in design with an open format.

Kleismata (from “Closure” as it is last before the wave- end of the land) is located in the south western part of the island just a short transfer from the airport. It is a quaint traditional Kefalonian village filled with tidy, well groomed gardens, warmth & sincerity from the locals. Head down hill to the local beach – Paliolinos, with its inviting waters and secluded hidden coves. In the hub of the village you will find the local family run & extremely friendly & welcoming mini market. Just a couple of minutes’ drive away will bring you into the village of Spartia with its mirrored “way of life” and village hub central square over looked by the brightly coloured church. The area remains unspoilt and provides anyone that ventures a sense of times gone by.
Perfectly located to explore the island from the “must see” attractions to exploring many of the continually Blue Flag awarded beaches to some less frequented. Surrounded by countless eateries or for a livelier evening just 15 minutes drive into the Cosmopolitan Capital – Argostoli, which is in an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

This villa is absolute heaven. Immaculate and stylish inside and out, secluded and idyllic. The views are some of the best we've had and the owners are warm and friendly, the staff kind and helpful. Fresh flowers in the rooms and local honey and their own apricot jam and olive oil and a local wine were lovely touches. There was a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies too and a homemade cake. We couldn't have asked for more. It is a very special place.

We stayed in this villa 2 years ago so it was great to return. 5 star and recommended for a chilled break. The villa is beautiful and Kosta, Robina, Graham and Mark do everything to make you feel very welcome. It’s a peaceful area with uninterupted views and fab sunsets from the patio. Highly recommended!

From booking we had really helpful communication with Mark who sorted our car rental too. Graham met us at Kefalonia airport and we were really grateful of his offer to let us follow him to the villa!
The villa is every bit as good as the photos. Very clean and well cared for by caring owners with everything you need. Nice touch to find staple groceries (including wine and beer!) and a lovely homemade cake on arrival. Particularly thoughtful to leave flowers for my birthday mid week too!
We enjoyed spending time by the pool and watching sunsets right from the villa that were spectacular. We visited all parts of the island and enjoyed amazing scenery especially on the drive to Assos and Fiskardo.

I can only describe this villa as heaven on earth. Location fantastic, picturesque and peaceful, spotlessly clean. Owners super friendly and helpful. Booking agent was superb and even sorted the hire car for us.
Without a doubt the best holiday my wife and I have had. We will definitely be returning.
