Great rental in a great location. We had been told that the street on which the apartment is located would be under construction. What we didn’t realize was that would make getting to/from the rental challenging, especially due to rains that occurred during our stay. The construction also resulted in loss of water in the apartment ( without any notice)the morning we checked out. A strong smell of sewer gas was also prevalent at times in the bathroom. Once the construction is done, I would recommend this apartment.

Cute apartment, perfect size for two people, fantastic location for all the sight-seeing we wanted to do. Quiet area yet in the middle of all the action. Would highly recommend this property.

Our property was managed by Genteel Home Apartments and it was as beautiful as the pictures. The apt was clean, comfortable, and in a very nice location. We loved looking down on Plaza Magdalena and stepping out or sitting on our balcony to enjoy the weather was also a favorite. Genteel management company was excellent. they met us and oriented us to the apt when we arrived. They refreshed our linens since we were there for 9 days. They promptly fixed our shower head when it would no longer work. But the very best thing they did was retrieve my husband's wedding band and class ring when we accidentally left it in the apt after we checked out. We discovered it when we were at the airport. We called and they immediately went and retrieved it and let us know they had it for safe keeping til we could make arrangements to get it. We cannot thank them enough for their integrity and quick response to our needs.We highly recommend this apartment as well as this management company.
