Excellent property. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room. Nice surprise of some assorted beverages and k-cups provided. We had one small issue and the host handled it immediately which was awesome.
Only small negative is the place is near the railway tracks, so there were trains coming and going during the day and night. However, it’s not like we were looking for a quiet getaway anyway so the trains were easy to ignore.

It was a very clean, newly built property. It was amazing for all four couples to have large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. The property was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. The only issue is that it was built very close to an active train line, which we knew going in. If noise is an issue I suggest bringing ear plugs. In our opinion the good far outweighed the negative.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious and clean. Even though your neighbours are close, we never heard any of them. It’s only a 10 minute Uber ride into the night life of Nashville. The only disadvantage is it’s right beside a train track and trains run through all day and night. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. There are many stairs to get to the various floors.
This condo worked well for our family and are actually looking at going again soon and will be booking this condo again.

The property did not have an area to gather to play games. The island is way too big. It needs to be cut off to give more room to walk but and then maybe people could gather at it. The stairs are a lot for a group allOver 60.
