At this home you and yours can relax and swim in your own private pool or enjoy the outdoor patio with lake views and amazing sunsets. The common area is open with a big screen smart TV and it's own dining area. Double car garage and lots of other parking in driveway. There is also an entrance to the desert for your off road vehicle at the top of the street. Come enjoy your next adventure!

To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.
We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.

The good- great view, furniture, patio, location-neighborhood, house layout, kitchen amenities and appliances, second fridge.
The not so great- the overall cleanliness- dog hair everywhere (inside, garage, front and back patio, plugged up in the floor scrubber/vacuum that had to be taken apart and cleaned several times, the cold air return was extremely dirty, covered with dust and had to be cleaned. Could have used a good vacuum cleaner. The pool was in disrepair- pump quit several times, tripped the breaker and eventually quit altogether, impacting the cleanliness.
