You've landed in limitless luxury here in this community! This ground floor condo has a gorgeous updated kitchen with grays and blues and lots of bright natural light. You will have a seamless view from the kitchen out to the small pond and golf course. The kitchen has been completely updated with all new appliances, granite countertops & cabinetry. There is a large island for serving with three bar stools. The living room has a 65" Smart TV for enjoying both Cable & streaming! The master has a king bed, Smart TV and has an en suite bathroom and offers a separate dressing area. The second bedroom has one a queen bed & twin bed, Smart TV and also provides an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom that sleeps 4 has (2) two full size beds, 55" Smart TV with cable and a full bath that connects via a secured doorway and also has its own private entrance from the outside with a keyless entry. Having Steve with Kim of I trip three times now. I think that tells you all you need to know again the accommodations were excellent. The location was close to everything that we needed..I mentioned on the first day there The unit could use a new toaster perhaps and to my surprise when we returned from a golf game 5 hours later lo and behold, there was a new toaster sitting outside the front door. I believe that’s all you need to know about the care that itrip has for her guests. they go out of their way to make sure that their guests are well takencare of WELL DONE done kimwhen we return I know it will be with my trip

Condo was well furnished with enough room for several adults with kids. Enjoyed the views from the patio and close by shopping and eating. Hosts were very responsive.

This was the perfect spot for a family to spend a week. Kim and Marcos were very friendly and helpful. Check out procedure was very easy. The rental is an older building that has been renovated. The doors and windows were not part of the renovation. More handicap accessibility would have been nice. Any issues that we had were taken care of promptly. Overall I would have no qualms with staying there again.
