My 3yo dog LOVED the doggy box just inside the back door. Every time he came inside he sat there waiting for a new toy of the day. Unlike his own toys he refused to tear any of the toys from this home up... they were his babies I suppose. Being RV dogs, they both LOVED having a backyard to run around off leash in, despite the rain.As far as the two of us humans... we also loved the home. We used both beds, I prefered the softer bed in the 2nd bedroom, but my husband wanted the firmer bed for himself. So, if one is not right, the other may work better for you. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. I was shocked to be honest. Some places we have stayed may have salt and pepper, but that's about it. This one had so many spices as well as a fully stocked kitchen with any appliance or utensil you may need. Literally people could bring just their clothes, toothbrush/tooth paste and be all set for their say. The location was great too. We were close to a lot that Bristol has to offer and only about 30 mins away from Johnson City as well. It was our first time in Bristol. Driving in we were a bit skeptical of some of the people we passed by, but it is a downtown/city location. No issues around the home though. It felt quite safe in the little neighborhood. One thing to note is the amount of steps outside, and a couple inside/to get inside. If you have mobility issues, that could be a problem.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing long weekend. It was fantastic! The property was as described with many little extras. Things we especially loved were the covered deck (beautiful place to sip coffee in the morning), the hot tub (great way to end a long day, and the location (an easy walk to downtown). Communication with Rachel was always very friendly and prompt.We definitely want to come back to Bristol and would love to stay here again!Thank you!

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated, super clean and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts thought of every detail — even down to the good toilet paper Everything felt welcoming and well put together. We didn’t get to enjoy the gorgeous back yard because of rain, but it was definitely a lovely oasis.

If you’re traveling to Bristol this is the place to stay. Close to everything with a private backyard oasis that makes you feel like you’re far away from the crowds. The communication with owners is the best I’ve experienced by far. We always stay at private owned homes when traveling, this place and owners exceeded our expectations. The snacks, coffee, and all the little extras was icing on the cake. We will be back!
