With an open floor plan and contemporary decor, The Central Loft offers a cozy, inviting space with a Central Avenue view from the dining and living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor deck. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

For larger groups, there’s also a queen-sized air mattress available, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Fresh linens are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals.

A 5‑minute drive gets you to Oaklawn Racetrack, which was perfect for our race‑day outing.Responsive host: The host answered every question promptly—whether it was about the Wi‑Fi password, extra towels, or local dining recommendations. Their quick replies kept the stay stress‑free.Room for improvementParking: The property no longer offers a dedicated spot. All nearby street parking is metered and charged by the hour, which added an unexpected cost and a bit of hassle, especially after a night out. A recommendation for affordable nearby garages or a discount voucher would be a nice touch.Bottom lineIf you’re looking for a sleek, comfortable base in the heart of Bathhouse Row with a host who truly cares about the guest experience, this loft is a great choice.
