Elegant apartment in the heart of the Prati district, 50 meters from Piazza Mazzini, about 100sqm. Flat composed of two double bedrooms, large kitchen, living room with double sofas and a bathroom. Located on the fourth floor, with elevator, the apartment has all the major comforts, also enjoys an excellent and sunny double exposure. Easily accessible by walking the Vatican and the Vatican museums.
Although it borders the Vatican, Prati is devoted to another religion: shopping. With its quiet checkered streets, this neat neighborhood effortlessly mixes business with pleasure: its elegant buildings house both important offices and classy shops; the squares and public spaces are very well kept; the distance from the center, relative, protects residents from traffic and stress, ensuring calm and exclusivity.

Rules: WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME 1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of 6 per person per night in cash 2) Late check in after 8PM = 25 in cash 3) Evening check in after 11PM = 50 in cash 4) Night check in after 1AM = 75 in cash 4) Missed agreed check in time = 30 in cash 5) Missed notify in case of delay = 30 in cash 6) Use whats app to communicate with our check in staff 7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check out 8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of 20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
