A spacious living room with a couch, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen for group meals, and a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, which helps on longer stays.
OUTSIDE
A large, private fenced backyard is all yours, and pets are allowed.
ARRIVAL
Self check-in, so there is no waiting for a key. Free parking is on the property.

In a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, with Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, NoDa breweries, Camp North End, Bojangles Coliseum, restaurants and nightlife nearby.

Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
Quiet Time After 11:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance.

No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 65 degrees when away.
Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.
PARKING: Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
No Parties or Events
PETS: Please clean up after your pet(s) in accordance with the local guidelines and common expectations. Upon your departure, this property will be assessed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if proper maintenance has not been adhered to.
