Fully remodeled contemporary ranch home in quiet Bent Creek neighborhood. Light-filled living space with fireplace, local art, and fully equipped kitchen. The Bent Creek neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and has direct access to hiking trails and the world class mountain biking of Pisgah National Forest. There is also a community park with a playground, basketball court, volleyball net, and a pump track. This home is just a 3 minute drive to: French Broad River access for tubing or kayaking, the North Carolina Arboretum, and the Blue Ridge Parkway with scenic mountain views, great hiking, and spectacular sunrises. The Asheville outlet mall is 5 minutes away, across the street from the nearest grocery store and gas station.
Getting around
Asheville is a very drivable city with minimal to moderate traffic. Bring or rent a car to access the great outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, rafting, or scenic drives on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
If you don't have a car, Uber is also a great way to get around and you can get a ride anywhere in Asheville for about $15 including the Biltmore, Downtown Asheville, South Slope (brewery hub of Asheville), and the Asheville Regional Airport.
