About this house rental
If you are travelling in larger groups, we also offer our Primero Relax Apartment ‘B’ with 102 square metres in the same building. (Subject to availability)
Top holiday flat for families, holidaymakers as well as city and couple travellers up to a maximum of 7 people near the Flösserpark in Augsburg-Lechhausen. (adventure beach on the Lech). Only 5 minutes from the A8 motorway and just a few minutes from the city centre.

A: With 1 king-size box-spring bed from premium manufacturer Swiss Sense
B: With 1 king-size box-spring bed and a solo box-spring bed, also from Swiss Sense
Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, smoothie mixer etc. and of course all accessories such as common spices, vinegar/oil and a variety of pots, pans and cooking accessories are available for relaxed self-catering cooking for several people.
Caps coffee machine and instant organic coffee + various teas free of charge
1 complete bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin + 1 separate guest toilet
Beautiful, interior balcony with plenty of space for evenings together outdoors
1 underground parking space in the building is included - further free parking spaces are easy to find on the street in the immediate vicinity.
The tram stops right outside the front door, making it easy to visit the city centre in less than 10 minutes without changing trains.
All necessary shops such as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, ATMs and various restaurants are within easy walking distance (1-2 minutes).
The apartment is fully accessible for people with disabilities—with one exception: there is a step to negotiate when accessing the balcony.

The flat was perfect for our family of 3. It’s very modern and clean and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. It’s very easy to get around Augsburg from here too. One thing of note regarding the parking - make sure you rent as small a car as you can tolerate because the garage is very tight. We rented a VW Passat which is very long and had trouble parking and exiting the garage due to the length of that vehicle and the turns being very tight. Keep that in mind as it’s extremely convenient to have your own parking in the city. This apartment was great for our Christmas Markets holiday!

Beautiful and well appointed with everything you may need. Close to a grocery store and light rail stop. We enjoyed out stay here and would consider it again for a.future trip to Augsburg.
