Vitamin Sea, 3 BR/3 BA accommodates 8 guests! New and unique open concept floor plan! Pool is steps from back patio, beach access steps away from front door!
Unit 3C "Vitamin Sea" is a 3 bedroom unit with 3 FULL baths! As you walk into the unit, you’ll be treated to a newly renovated floor plan, designed with an “open concept” that is unique to Seacove. There is a full bath on this main floor, convenient when large families take advantage of the new queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen now features an open concept, L shaped cabinet layout with a large island table, capable of seating the entire crew of eight, which flows without obstruction into the living room. The living room is now larger thanks to eliminating the need to share the space with a dining table. We’ve added a large, Smart HDTV with upgraded sound so you can enjoy your Netflix or Amazon Prime memberships when you wind down after a day of fun and sun. Other new features on this floor are new vinyl-planked flooring, new ceiling fan, new lighting, and new bathroom vanity.
“But wait… there’s more!” as the infomercials say! The entire unit has been freshly painted, we’ve converted many of our electrical outlets to have USB charging ports, and upstairs, we’ve added a recessed dresser area/TV nook to the pool facing master bedroom. Speaking of upstairs, here you will find the three bedrooms. Two of these are ensuite master bedrooms featuring king-sized beds (with new, pillowtop mattresses), HD TVs, new ceiling fans, and their own private, full baths. The third bedroom features a custom built-in bunk bed with trundle styled storage drawers and a desk area, creatively decorated for a nautical feel (for your little swashbucklers)!
The unit features free Wi-Fi and has been decorated with color and fun to provide that tropical beach vacation feel vacationers appreciate! There is also a utility room at the front of the unit with a private/dedicated washer & dryer for your convenience, as well as some excess storage area for your beach items. You also will have two dedicated parking spaces in the front of the unit, with additional overflow parking nearby. A grilling station is also short steps from this front entrance. And as the title states, the pool, which was recently redesigned with zero entry area and shooting water fountains, is right out your back door! This unit is also one of the closer Seacove units to our deeded beach access.

The location was amazing! The place itself was okay. The only thing our party had issues with is the cleanliness of the house. (we were thankful we brought our own cleaning supplies) The home did have some cosmetic damage, that we documented as soon as we entered. We wished there was more seating in the living room as we all gathered to watch a movie. Oh, and the couches were very very dirty that we were not comfortable sitting on them so we put sheets down just to sit on them. Overall the home did its job as a place for us to stay and gather together, we would consider staying here again if some things were updated! Thank you for having us!

Great location to beach good time had by all

The townhouse was beautifully decorated, however, an email I sent about the backdoor not locking and one of the bedroom doors not staying closed, went unanswered so we had to put something in the sliding door track to keep the door secure. My daughter who stayed in the bedroom had to put something in front of the door to keep it from coming open. It would open with a change in air pressure from other doors in the house opening.
The oven had burnt something on the racks and bottom so the smoke detectors went off when we preheated the oven. We ended up cleaning the oven racks enough so we could use the oven. I also sent an email in regard to this and it was unanswered.
I had some questions about different things upon arrival and those emails were answered promptly.
The location to the beach was nice and as stated, the townhouse was very nicely decorated.
If the above issues are resolved, I would stay there again. We still had a nice stay.
