Up to four cars can fit in the driveway
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
*25-year minimum age to rent restriction

*No Pets are allowed in this house
Starter welcome packet supplies:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
- 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 packets of dishwasher detergent
- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 2 pods of laundry detergent
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The house is really nice and big; well kept; the pool area and dock areas are also very nice.The house has a ton of amenities; the kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the location. Punta Gorda Isle is a very nice section of town; very close to Fisherman's Village. Close to downtown where there are great restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend and would definitely book this house again.

The location is good and the pool was nice and did not need to be heated since the weather had been in the 80's plus for a month or more. Lots of outdoor seating! Helpful to have a table in the pool, yes in the pool, with an umbrella to keep you in some shade. A big issue for me was that the master has no doors other than the one to enter. This means the entire master bath including the toilet are all open to the bedroom and closet area. No privacy and you light up the bedroom when you get up in the night to use the bathroom. The agency that manages the property is good but if you have an issue do not send a message through the VRBO site as they do not read that in any timely fashion. Call the number you get in the email that they send the day or two before you arrive. Once you talk with them they are very responsive. So if you have no issue with a totally open Master suite then you should like this home with 4 bedrooms. There are little to no spices & oils for cooking and enough paper goods to get you through the first few days, so plan on bringing or buying everything you need if you plan on making meals.

House was clean and perfect size. We should have paid for pool heat, the sun did not warm it up. Honestly disappointing that heat isn’t included in fee. If you have a pool in Florida, most families are going to use it. Owners monitored us with nest cam and accused us of having a pet when we didn’t. If they are that paranoid maybe they shouldn’t rent. Second bathroom in dire need of exhaust fan. Sauna in there when you take a shower. Property management company was awesome! Would rent another property from them again!
