About this house rental
Enjoy this spacious, well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home centrally located in Auburn. This home sits on approximately 4 acres right in the heart of Auburn on Moores Mill Rd. This is a perfect rental for all Auburn University events, including game days, Camp War Eagle week-ends and graduations. Conveniently located near many local wedding and special event venues.
Some interesting facts about the house and land:
**The house sits on land that was the original homestead of the Moore family from the mid 1800's until 1960. The 1,500 acre property included a lumber mill that was located where Moore's Mill Country Club is currently located.
**The two beautiful Live Oak trees in the front yard are believed to be at least 300 years old.
**The house gets its name from the more than 400 camellias that are planted throughout the property.

MASTER BEDROOM - King bed with en suite bathroom. Newly renovated, large walk in shower. This bath also connects to the hallway.

KITCHEN - You will enjoy cooking in the large, fully stocked kitchen. Coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee maker and hot water kettle. Tea bags, ground coffee, Keurig pods, flavored syrups and sweetener provided.

Watch your favorite games on one of 3 large screen televisions located in the living areas. Each bedroom is also equipped with a TV. High speed internet, smart TV's.

Awesome location for anyone visiting. This home feels like you are coming home to stay with family. The sunroom, giant island in the kitchen and beautiful outdoor space are some of my favorite things about Camellia House.

Host was great….. location was amazing. I loved the yard and how the owner had tags on all the different varieties of plants. It was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!
