About this house rental

This comfortable holiday home in Durbuy has 4 bedrooms and has a landscaped garden for relaxed mornings. Ideal for a large family/ group of 8, it also features a terrace. You can go to the town centre, 600 m away and buy daily stuff or shop. There is a public pool, 3 km away, if you want to go for a swim. The home has central heating, to keep you comfortable on chilly days. There is a large garden and a barbecue area, so that you can enjoy your days as well as evenings with delicious meals. A large kitchen which is fully equipped is helpful for families with kids. Parking is on-site. Cot and high chair are available for a small fee. The train station 1 km away, perfectly keeps you connected with other parts of the city.

Miss chloe vacantie huis was mooi maar je betaalt veel en voor te poetsen en dan moet je voor vertrek ook ook nog een deel van je tijd in poetsen steken terwijl je ook nog veel tijd verspilt omdat je er ni voor 16u in mag en al om 10 er uit moet vind ik allemaal bedenkelijk en ook is 1 dekbed per bed in de wintermaanden te koud !!

Het huis is erg ruim en bij het halen van de sleutel is alles perfect geregeld. Het voldoet precies aan onze verwachtingen.

Wij zijn hier inmiddels voor de derde keer geweest, wat compliment genoeg moet zijn. Echter de enorme rij hoge bomen achter is huis is verdwenen. Daardoor is er heel veel privacy verdwenen, en weinig schaduw overgebleven. Het opgehoogde terras is wel een enorme verbetering. Wat meer onderhoud in huis zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Het is een leuk huis met een mooie tuin. Ligt aan de rand van het dorp met een mooie balans tussen rustig maar toch niet helemaal alleen. Het lijkt me wel wat krap voor 8 mensen, zeker als het weer geen tuin gebruik toelaat. Ik miste ook het Belvilla gevoel in de kleine dingen, zo is er wel goede wifi, maar zijn er bijna geen stopcontacten om je mobiel op te laden, bijvoorbeeld een stopcontact bij het bed. Ook waren een aantal van de meubels wel sleets aan het worden, was de beloofde DVD speler er niet, en waren de pannen niet afgestemd op de kook plaat, dus als je een paar eitjes bakt in dezelfde koekenpan is de ene nog rauw en de andere al helemaal door bakken. Ook dat vervelende gedoe van dat je zelf je bedden moet op maken, gebruikte lakens moet terugbrengen naar het sleuteladres en meterstanden doorgeven. Dat verwacht je van Het Goedkoopste Vakantiehuis.nl niet van Belvilla.

Het was een geweldige woning met veel ruimte en perfecte locatie. Wij hopen dezelfde woning volgend jaar weer te kunnen huren. Alles zag er goed uit.
