Check-Out Policy: To ensure a smooth transition for all guests, please adhere to our 10 AM check-out time. Late check-outs may incur a fee unless previously arranged.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Do not exceed this limit.
Only the guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Please get written approval before inviting additional visitors.
The home may not be sublet or used for illegal or commercial activity.
Parties and noise
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Smoking and pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouse. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No pets are permitted.
Care of the home
Please report damage or other issues as soon as possible.
Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
After using the kitchen, please wash dishes, utensils, and cookware and return them to their proper places.
Access and safety
Please allow the owner or an authorized representative reasonable access to the home with advance notice when practical. In an emergency or urgent situation, access may be needed without advance notice.
Lock the doors and windows when leaving. Please do not engage the bottom lock.
Keep valuables secure and do not leave them unattended.
Serious or repeated rule violations may be reported to the booking platform and handled under the reservation terms and applicable platform procedures.

Richard was a wonderful host. The property was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a great beach vacation. He also made himself available for questions and responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again.

The property was spacious and well-equipped. Proximity to restaurants and CCMF was great. The hotel being ocean front was optimal as well.

It was a great location with easy access to the beach, basically right on the beach. It was overall pretty clean however we did notice the floors were a bit sticky when arriving so we did mop to help with that. In the pictures, the listing looked a lot bigger than it actually was so that was a bit misleading however it was a cute little place! There were 2 balconies. We did mostly utilize the one balcony over the other simply because the second balcony had a view of garbage bins.Another great thing about the property, is that it did have access to an area with a pool, lazy river and a hot tub. It’s great to have in case the weather is chilly or colder than expected, which did happen some of the time we were there.The check in process was direct in terms of communication from the host, the only thing I would say to improve that process is to explain where we need to go initially when first arriving in order to get our keys etc. There was also a dishwasher. Only complaint with that is the way the dishwasher design was laid out. The way it was installed, made it very hard to open it up all the way in order to get dishes in and out of the dishwasher so that was a bit of a challenge but we figured it out.The pull out couches were a lot smaller than expected. We also had issues with having working TV’s, they turned on but wouldn’t allow us access to anything to watch. Never received a resolution on that during our stay. One of the bar stools was missing a screw so it was unusable.
