Although the issue was out of thier hands as such, we had to change accommodation due to a leak but I particularly needed a bath, however there was no bath at the alternative accommodation. The accommodation we were moved to was excellent in every other way.
If the company had rung us, we could have discussed that I needed a bath, however they sent an email where I had no service on my phone to access and it was too late at night to do anything about it, so just accepted it.
