Located in the south of Martinique, in Sainte-Luce, this superb villa offers you an exceptional setting for a stay devoted to relaxation and nature.
Its location is a real asset: just 500 m from Pont Café beach and 900 m from Corps de Garde beach, you can swim in turquoise waters and enjoy magnificent sunsets there. Between the Caribbean Sea and turquoise lagoons, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Caribbean.
A few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach the centre of Sainte-Luce, its restaurants and shops to alternate between absolute calm and activities.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, overlooks the terrace (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso are also at your disposal. You can share your meals at the dining table, or you can also enjoy the one installed on the terrace.
On the night side, the villa has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with access to its private bathroom (bathtub and WC)
Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 3: equipped with 2 single beds
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. An additional bathroom completes the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
On the outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a shaded terrace equipped with a lounge area and dining space, ideal for enjoying an evening ti punch or barbecuing together. The salt-water pool secured by a removable net faces the terrace as well as the tropical garden and has sun loungers, everything to delight your relaxing afternoons by the pool.
