Plenty of space, balcony is nice to sit on in the evening. Pool was not heated. Everything you could need is in the home.

Wonderful property, the pool and beds were just perfect. Came down to make wedding plans for my son and daughter-Inlaw to be. The location was very convenient, home was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property.

House is fine, has a king bed and a bunk bed that our kids used. Pool was a good size for the kids, it’s not large. We had a few issues that I know can’t be helped but something to consider. Every morning we had had dead birds by the pool and the pool constantly had bird poop in it. There are currently three houses being built next door and construction started at 6am every day. The neighbors that I believe were not in a rental unit but actually own it were very noisy. Things the owners could help: the house looks neglected, like they threw it back together after the stores. It didn’t bother us but it also didn’t present well. The shower faucets are infuriating as to how to adjust the temperature. House looked clean when we walked in but then noticed the vents, bathroom fans were full of dust. Ceilings had spots of something on them. Fridge water dispenser is broken. Truly everything was fine for us in this regard. We aren’t picky people but it’s worth noting if you are or expect more. The two things that did really bother us besides the noise and birds were that someone came and blew off the property while my wife was laying by the pool. He also shattered the shells my kids had collected and had sitting out after rinsing off. I wasn’t very happy with either of these things. Also someone stopped by to take the trash out yet there are signs about taking the trash out on Thursday. Again while my wife was laying by the pool. Overall fine but not great.
