This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home boasts uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct private access to the beach. With no close public access points, you’ll enjoy a peaceful and uncrowded stretch of sand—just for you and your neighbors.

• Fully stocked, updated kitchen for cooking meals in
• Full bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower
• King bedroom with ocean views and private access to the deck—enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the sea breeze

• Two additional king bedrooms that share a full bathroom
• Washer and dryer located on this floor for convenience
• Two oceanfront king bedrooms with sliding doors that open directly to the deck—wake up to the sound and sight of the ocean

• Relax in the shaded sitting area, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or unwind in the hammock
• Private crossover leads directly to the beach

To make settling in easier, we provide a thoughtful selection of items to get you started:
• Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer, and filters
• New kitchen scrubber, dish towel and washcloth
• Dish soap and dishwasher tabs
• Powdered laundry detergent
• Bar soap (one per bathroom)
• Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, ziplock bags
• CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams
• Pack ’n Play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)

• $700 security deposit and signed renter agreement required (handled via OwnerRez after booking)
• Minimum renter age: 25
• ID and credit card used must match the name on the booking
