Gîte in the extension of the owner's house, former coaching inn, on a closed property (3000m²), 7 minutes from Chauray and Niort.
Private garden (200m² - garden furniture, barbecue), indoor swimming pool shared with the owner (4mx8m, depth 1.20m to 1.60m, accessible from June to September), table tennis, swings, slide, trampoline, hut, pond (700m²), carport under barn. Horse service possible (box).
First floor: kitchen-living room-living room (Internet, sofa bed 130). Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), bedroom 2 (1 bed 180 or 2X90 + 1 bed 90, baby bed), bathroom with toilet.
Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
Near exit 11 of the A83-Niort Est, Paris-Bordeaux (A10) and Nantes-Bordeaux (A83) axis.
Starting point for hiking trails. Chauray and Mendès France business parks 7 minutes away, Niort downtown (museums, market, TGV station) 15km, Marais Poitevin 25 minutes (boat trips, bike rental, marked trails), Futuroscope and Poitiers 45 minutes,
La Rochelle, Romagne (Valley of the Monkeys) 1 hour, Cognac and Puy du Fou 1 hour 10 minutes, Royan 1 hour 30 minutes. Apiary and sale of honey. Prices all charges, heating included.
Spa or massage services possible on site. Electric terminal for charging electric vehicles on site. Deposit of 100€ for cleaning to be given on arrival and returned if you do the cleaning.
