Very clean and tidy - everything we needed including good laundry facility. Excellent kitchen facility, well-stocked as far as dishes/utensils, etc. Nice new appliances. Close to good hiking and sight-seeing. Sierra Vista is a really nice town, and our rental was perfect for two people!

Husband and I stayed and really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Maybe we’ll have to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the shared spaces. But the stay at the guest house was perfect. Thank you
