St. Augustine Beach condo, no roads to cross, just direct access to sun & surf.

My family and I had such a blast at Ocean Villa! The accommodations were all on point. The condo had literally everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The walk to the beach was gorgeous. The property and the pools were beautiful and very well maintained. The host Doreen was top notch and her communication lacked absolutely nothing! We look forward to our next stay here!

Spacious Condo with lots of room to spread out with the young to the old. I am 82, my youngest granddaughter is 8. We all could do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. The children used the 2 pools and the ocean every day. We were there for the month of April 2026. The weather was beautiful all month long. It is located in a very quiet and nice community. I have rented many beach houses, but this was the best furnished of any I have been to. Including beach gear and cooking items. Restaurants are near enough to walk to, or a short drive on a not crowded road. There is plenty of free parking available in Saint Augustine Beach.

Host was excellent. Location was 2 minute walk to beach. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. And chairs Throughly enjoyed our 8 week stay. Can’t wait to come back again and again and again

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was so clean and stocked with everything we needed! It was also quite comfortable from the living room to the bedrooms. My daughter really loved the 3 minute walk to the beach since we had a couple days of warm weather. Our host, Doreen, was easy to get ahold of and gave us exact information as to how and when to check in, and things to do to enjoy our stay more. It was just the two of us, so we enjoyed the extra space it has for a larger family. I recomnend this place for your next stay in St. Augustine, we will be going back here again in the near future, my daughter says!
