About this house rental
A quiet haven located just 2 miles from Nolensville, Tennessee. Limited steps into our 4 bd /3 bth with a lower walk out In-law suite. Your stay begins when you cross our scenic bridge to access our home. Located near anything you will need to enjoy Nashville. Uber access if you prefer not to drive as we’re just 25 minutes south of downtown. Approx. Just south of Nashville 20-25 minutes. 25 min. drive to most major events in Nash including BNA Airport. Our home offers easy access with 2 driveways one to the upper main house and a lower drive which gives you easy access to our walk-out basement (guest-suite). Lower driveway has a separate entry into our guest suite that is connected through stairs if family prefers. Lower guest suite has an open floor plan with 2 queen beds, master bath with 2 steps to access and a living room with a fully functional small kitchenette and bar sink.
Lots of room in this house sleeps 10 on 5+ acres with a creek, wildlife and walking trials. There is nothing like this highly sought after location that is close to everything. Perfect for visiting family in Nolensville or Brentwood. Only 30 minutes from downtown Nashville if you are coming to see the sights. As soon as you cross over our rustic bridge you’ll feel the peace and serenity that covers our beautiful property. Many say our photos don’t do it justice! Our peaceful home offers a large yard and acreage for entire family to enjoy up to 10 guests. We also have nature trails you can walk to the creek and follow our banks-levey around to access road which has trails just behind our blue shop building. Great eats and grocery stores just a block away, 5 minutes to Nolensville and 15 minutes to Brentwood, 25 minutes to Franklin, Opry or Airport. Also close to I-65 & I-24. For security we have exterior cameras 🎥.
