This ground floor 1-bedroom flat is ideally located right in the center of South West Rocks, just a short 150m walk to the white sands of Main Beach. The flat comfortably sleeps 3 with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in the lounge room.
Fully self-contained, the kitchen includes a microwave, and the flat also offers Austar TV, a DVD player, a pedestal fan, and access to shared gas BBQ and laundry facilities. Off-street parking is available for your convenience.
Centrally located, you can park your car and easily walk to Main Beach, Horseshoe Bay, Back Beach, cafes, restaurants, the Country Club, golf course, swimming pool, and the local pub.
Please Note: 'Wards Holiday Flat 2' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.
