We owned this house from 1982 to 1992, and rented it for our family vacation this summer!! It was a wonderful walk down Memory Lane! Our grandkids are the ages our kids were when we lived there, so it was fun for them to hear about our life on the lake. We always felt like we had one of the most special views on the lake - with the sun setting out back!! And, that still holds true!! Lots of new wonderful memories were made!! The house has been well maintained, with very nice updates! Thank you!!

The house was great and the view was beautiful even in the winter. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed. The bunks are in the basement which was the only thing that surprised me about the layout. Would definitely stay again!

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and needed a place for our family Thanksgiving dinner. This worked out perfectly! The location was awesome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the lake. What a great place to stay! I recommend this to anyone who needs a break from the busyness of life!

This was a wonderful, beautiful, and relaxing property for us and our boys for the soccer tournament. Nice place for fishing and enjoy the firepit and back decks. Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend staying at this property. We had 10 in our group and there was plenty of sleeping room. The bunk beds are larger than they look in the pictures, so you can easily sleep 2 in a bed. Everything was clean, nicely stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, 2 different grills and garbage bags. Definitely give the cleanliness a 5 star. The location is breathtaking overlooking the lake. There is a nice concrete walkway down to the dock where they have a lot of lake front to fish, swim, enjoy a firepit, etc. There was a snowstorm when we were there, so we didn't really do much of those activities. We were in the area for our son's volleyball tournament at Grand Park Sports complex in Westfield. If you are looking for something besides a hotel, this house was only 15 minute drive to Grand Park. Was great for a 2 day tournament to be able to make our own meals and have enough space for our whole family to come. The location is great and I would say very centrally located. You are within driving distance to some great restaurants and shopping. The cost was also very reasonable. I am sure this house in the summertime is even that much better of an experience.
