Welcome to our Tranquility Oasis!!! Great place to watch OSU football game while swimming in the heated indoor pool!!! Memories will be made here!!!! This house offers something for everyone...A very Spacious 5000 square foot home featuring an additional 2000 square foot indoor heated pool, a large family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom suites, plenty of private spaces for multiple families, great spaces inside and outside to play games, read a book, or just relax next to the fire pit, star gazing and enjoying smores with friends and family!!
Nearby are Golf courses, Delaware State Park-fishing, hiking, beach, boating, kayaking, picnics, etc., Alum Creek, great restaurants and ice cream. There is even a train that passes behind the house that the kids are sure to enjoy!

The house exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful home. The only thing that could have made it better is to have some sort of table where we could sit around to play games as a family. The kitchen island is massive and beautiful, but there were only 7 chairs. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would consider renting it again in the future.

The indoor pool was awesome. The kitchen and living room areas were great for hanging out with a large group. Amy was very responsive to messages. Thank you for everything!

Everything was very clean and well stocked! Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Everyone had so much fun in the pool too-having a bathroom out in the pool area was also a nice surprise. We look forward to coming back again!
