About this house rental
This lovely home is like a calming breeze, easy and tranquil. When you step into the backyard, you are surrounded by a private oasis of greenery with an ivy-covered patio area, perfect for alfresco dining. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area, this home is still close (4-5 blocks) to shops, Starbucks, restaurants, and movie theater. All the amenities that Southern California has to offer including Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Beaches, etc... is easily accessed by a quick ride to the major freeways.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining area, galley kitchen and indoor laundry, with a lovely outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for dining alfresco. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, mixer, crock pot and rice cooker, air fryer, etc… The lower kitchen cabinets and pantry have pull out drawers for ease in locating items. The home has a tankless water heater system and a water softener system. The laundry has a LG washer and dryer.
The bedrooms have custom closets with plenty of space for your things. There is a tub in each of the bathrooms. The master bath has jacuzzi jets that are NOT operational.
The home comes with high speed FIOS internet. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.
The home is in a calm suburban neighborhood on a culdesac. Although the garage is not included, there is space for two cars in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking. If your vehicle leaks, please do not park upon the property.
