About this house rental
Lovely private entrance suite on the bay, a beautiful living room with a fireplace, with faux electric fires. An igloo outside on the deck from November till May, complete with an electric heating fireplace. So cozy and charming. A very large bedroom with king size bed and a view of the bay, a fabulous bathroom and double shower. A private patio with great lighting under the pergola. This year we have added an outdoor kitchen. You’ll have an area under a roof to cook and sit having a meal. Kitchen is open for summer till late fall. Plus unit comes complete with great internet, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, and microwave.You will be delighted to find home made breakfast treats upon your arrival. Only minutes to Portsmouth, University of New Hampshire, Kittery Maine and the outlet shopping. NH and Maine beaches. Enjoy the outdoor hot shower and use of kayaks. I would be happy to help you plan your getaway if you need, I've lived here 40 + years and know the area well. Whether your in town for business, attending a wedding or visiting your child at UNH. this surely beats a stay in a hotel. Thanks for looking.

This was an absolute treasure of a place and the goat was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every part of the stay. The outdoor little kitchen was a wonderful addition but the view from the deck is where we spent most of our time. The host provided snacks upon arrival and has almost everything you need to just come and relax.

We were looking for a special place to celebrate our 53rd Wedding Anniversary. We found here and it checked all our boxes. Location easy to get to, comfortable living room with fireplace and the bedroom and bath upstairs were absolutely beautiful and with great views of the bay. The deck down a path from the patio overlooked the bay and also had a gas firepit in the center of it. You couldn't as for a better place to relax and enjoy all the amenities. Andra our VRBO host was exceptional to communicate with concerning any questions or recommendations for dining and activities. When you arrive you will find freshly baked muffins and a snack basket waiting. There is a small fridge with cool beverages. Andra's attention to detail and inuring guests have the best stay possible is exception. If you are looking for a special place to celebrate a special occasion or just to get out of the main stream and relax, this is the place. I already was familiar with the location as I lived in the area for over 20 years. The hostess Andra was amazing - fresh baked muffins, she was available when needed for any needs- even provided me with microwave popcorn! The location is right on Great Bay, lovely views - and amazing gardens surrounding the location. The bed was extremely comfortable (major in my mind) and the decor induces relaxation. If stairs are an issue, you may need to consider this in your decision. That said I recently had a knee replacement and managed fine!If you want someplace peaceful, charming and located with easy access to the greater seacoast area this is the perfect place!I look forward to returning again soon!Thanks Andra--

We stayed 1 night at this beautiful waterfront property. The owner provides a notebook with instructions regarding the use of the property that you will need to review and there are reminder notes in the house that are helpful. The outdoor area is wonderful and private and the outdoor kitchen area is nice.
