Summary
Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
A two-bedroom home on a single level, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to spectacular views with deck access.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms.
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, inverter microwave, toaster, kettle.
Outdoors: There is a balcony with a small table and two chairs as well as two loungers.
Standard configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds
Bed configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
The Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.5 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.2 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 24.7 km
Distance from Coronet Peak: 17.2 km
Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: 7 exterior steps; no internal stairs
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Location: The property sits on a hill
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
