This charming, independent studio is located in a residentiel district of lovely Mougins, in the heart of French Riviera; only 6km from Cannes and the beaches.
The studio for 2 persons is confortable and furnished with taste. AC, TV, WIFI, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included.
Enjoy to relax or make a barbecue on the two private terraces.

The owner lives in the season in the main building, 30m above the studio and can provide you with informations or help you, if needed.
The 30m² studio is located in a residential district of beautiful Mougins.
In the front and in the back of the studio, you will find a terrace to relax, eat or make a barbecue, surrounded by jasmines, bamboo and lemon trees.
The lovely furnished studio is for 2 persons.
You enter by a big glass door (equiped with electric shutters for the night), into the living/sleeping room. Here you can sit down in a 2 places sofa, watch TV, eat or work at the table, check your emails (WIFI) or make a sieste in the confortable bed. The room is airconditionned.
In the kitechenett you can prepare small dishes ( 2 gaz hot plates , micro wave).
The seperated bathroom has a big shower and the toilet.

The technical room for the swimming pool of the main building is close to the entry of the studio.
