This brand new apartment is set to accommodate business travellers or friends as the bedding configuration offers flexibility if required.
Our property offers a stylish retreat with one spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need, complemented by a heat pump for year-round comfort. Unlimited WiFi ensures seamless connectivity throughout your stay. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer.
After a day of exploring, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Whether you're hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or enjoying Queenstown's famous dining, this studio is the perfect base for your adventures year-round.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed Size That Can Be Split Into 2 Singles
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

A private car park ensures hassle-free parking during your visit.

There were shops a short drive away and the view was super and as advertised and the unit was clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay but would like to have been closer to downtown Queenstown but we knew when we booked that we were a 20 minute or so drive (traffic very heavy due to roadworks ) from the Town Centre

Bit out of the way and found it difficult to navigate to. Instructions for entry did not warn of parking restrictions at the property and little signage that parking restrictions applied to outdoor parking areas (i.e. a parking permit must be displayed). Although an underground car park included, we parked in outside specified bay 63 overnight on our last night for an easy luggage pickup. Very upset to find we had incurred a parking fine of NZ85
