Guest will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by cigarettes and/or cigarette smoke. Guests who do not abide by the policy will be charged a cleaning/recovery fee of $350. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor designated smoking areas of the Kihei Akahi Complex.

-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.

This was our second stay at this apartment and we love it.It is especially useful for us to have a well equipped kitchen as my wife is a celiac and we prefer to do most of our own catering.We will definitely be visiting again
