We are in the perfect area for access to the X-parks, Cenotes, Beach, Town and all the other great activities the Riviera Maya has to offer.
We also allow the use of 2 bikes that we keep on the property. You may use them to ride to the beach or even just cruise around the neighborhood.
Since we, unfortunately, aren't able to spend more time there WE ARE SUPER EXCITED TO SHARE OUR GREAT CONDO WITH YOU, YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS!

Well stocked, secure condo in a gated community. Night time doorman. Beds were very comfortable, good wifi, air conditioning, two large screen TV’s. Tons of different spaces for the family to spread out in the condo and rooftop. Huge sofa, also very comfortable. Very quiet building. Two lovely bikes to ride around the neighbourhood, what a treat!

Very nice appt, Andy was very helpful. The rooftop is incredible, we spent most of our time on it or in the swimming pool downstairs.

Location from accessible beach and landmarks was a little further from than we expected, but if you enjoy being further away from touristy places this is definitely a perfect oasis.
