- 1 king size bed, sofa in the living room can be converted to a bed.
- Baby essentials available upon request (high chair, crib, monitor etc)
- Fully fenced shared backyard completely renovated with new furniture, BBQ grill, and abundant lighting for delightful outdoor evenings. There are also seatings at the side yard.
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven and more

- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.
- Alteration of trip has the same policy as cancellations.
