Ctr, & Missionary Training Ctr. Incredible outdoor destinations & year-round activities for all ages right at your fingertips. Parkside Haven is inclusive and welcomes guests from all backgrounds. The space
Parkside Haven is a newly renovated and fully private living space on the walkout basement level of a quiet residence. With a separate entrance and two bedrooms, a living/dining area, a fully-stocked kitchenette with dishwasher, and washer/dryer access, you’ll have all the amenities to make this your home away from home.
Both bedrooms are newly renovated, with windows looking out onto the yard, which is fully fenced for privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a twin day bed with a twin trundle, and a desk that allows guests to use the room as a dedicated workspace as needed. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room, where the sofa doubles as a full pull-out bed. The living room also includes an extendable dining table, smart TV, and faux fireplace for maximum comfort and coziness in Utah winters.
Step outside and you’ll find an outdoor space that’s perfect for both family fun and quiet relaxation. Parkside Haven’s recently re-landscaped yard features a waterfall, fire pit, barbecue grill, and patio complete with a bistro table and chairs. The yard is fully fenced and includes a private gated entrance to the beautiful 8-acre Spring Creek Park, where you’ll find a walking trail, basketball court, soccer fields, playgrounds, and a pavilion that can be reserved for gatherings.
Two driveway parking spaces are available, as well as street parking. Parking on site for recreational vehicles is available upon request.
Guest access
Guests have full access to daylight/ walkout basement apartment as well as the back patio and backyard.
Guests enjoy self check-in and are able to access the apartment by going through the driveway vinyl gates, walking down a set of stairs, and opening the door with a smart lock code.
For your safety, there are security cameras on the property.

Host was so attentive and great communication. Basement apartment was a great space. The main bedroom had a super comfy bed and the pillows were amazing. The location was perfect for me and close to family I was visiting.

It's a lovely basement apartment. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, well-decorated and smartly presented. Absolutely lovely. S short drive to downtown Promo, mountainside out front, and a warm, cozy and comfy flat. The shower was great too - nice water pressure and consistent temperature. The only negative is the same problem with pretty much every VRBO in the area - they're all converted basements in someone's house. No matter how nice the space, you're still going to hear the people walking around upstairs. And so it was here, and it woke me up in the morning despite bringing my rain machine to make white noise. So be aware that this can happen, and maybe bring earplugs if you think that might be an issue for you. But the actual place is top-notch and it was a lovely experience.
