Located directly across the street from the Atlantic Park Surf Park, Dome Events Venue, and many new restaurants, this newly rebuilt 1-bedroom unit with lofted ceilings and natural light sleeps 6.
Welcome to The Vibe District, a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and the Virginia Beach Sport Center. The VIBE Creative district with phenomenal restaurants, cafes, breweries and an incredible community environment.
Sleeping arrangements are 1 king bed in separate bedroom, 1 full size bed in the loft and a queen pull out memory foam sofa sleeper. Free parking on premises.

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
A one bedroom apartment with a king size bed in a separate bedroom, A queen size bed in the lofted area above the kitchen, and a queen size pullout sofa sleeper located in the living area.
NOTE- Just a short-walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer (8 am - 12 pm)
Other Things to Note:
Parking: Space for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street. This is a parking garage. - Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Place is great and perfect for visiting the wave pool. Very short walk with great coffee shops and restaurants all around. We didn’t even need our car.

This place is a cute, modern, spacious, practical 1 bedroom + loft. It was Perfect for our family of 5. Pleasantly surprised that it was literally as pictured. The loft space and the pull out sofa was very comfortable for our teenagers. Honestly the most comfortable hotel pull out sofa mattress that we’ve experienced. Kitchen had everything you need. They provide everything you need for your stay (toilet paper, dish and laundry soap, paper towels ) except you toiletries( which is expected). We enjoyed behind able to walk to the ViBE district and to the beach. Great location. I Highly recommend this place.

So glad we decided to book a last minute mini vacation at Va beach and stay at this Vrbo listing. It was a great location, super clean, and everything needed. Really nice place, location and communication with the property manager was prompt. Highly recommend this place for your stay at Va beach.
