About this house rental
Beautiful home conveniently located within walking distance to the BHI Club, West Beach and Harbour Village overlooking the 8th green. A quick ride on the tram and you’ll be ready to relax and take in the incredible views of the golf course and lagoon. The kitchen, dining and living space are open and perfect for large gatherings. The office, located at the front of the home, is perfect for quiet time with a book or a space for children to play. For some fresh air, sit back in one of the rocking chairs on the large screened porch or dine outside while watching the golfers play.
Our home has plenty of space for two families. Two master bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the golf course and a separate loft area (perfect place for a pack ‘n play). The loft has its own balcony and a twin daybed. The downstairs master opens to the screened porch. A third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds and is steps away from a third full bath. The office has a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen size bed and has its own balcony.
The living room and the office have flat screen tvs with premium channel package, including HBO and sports channels. WiFi, DVD Player, games and books. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, plenty of pots and pans and more!
Temporary BHI Club membership is available at additional cost and may be arranged by contacting the BHI Club directly.
Additional amenities include 2 golf carts (4 passenger cart and 6 passenger cart), 6 beach chairs, beach toys, highchair, pack ‘n play, charcoal grill, 2 adult-sized beach cruiser bikes and an outdoor shower.
Pets considered.
$500 security deposit required.
Book trams early as they fill up quickly during peak season.

Saturday to Saturday preferred during peak season.

We stayed at this property two years ago and had such a great experience that we decided to return this year. While the location and views of the golf course remain fantastic, along with the proximity to the Marina and beaches, unfortunately, the poor maintenance of the house really diminished our enjoyment this time around.
Starting with the kitchen, the cookware was in terrible condition—burnt, deeply scratched, and frankly unusable. For a house of this capacity, there was a strangely overwhelming amount of cups, but a severe lack of utensils—especially spoons and tablespoons.
The upstairs suite has a newly renovated bathroom and an adjacent room, which seemed promising, but the sliding doors to it were broken. One side was stuck in the wall, making it impossible to close properly. This was a huge issue for us since it made it difficult to accommodate our teenager who needed privacy.
While we enjoyed the BHI Club membership, for additional fee which provided access to the swimming pool and ping pong, the 6-seater golf cart was a disaster. The gear switch was broken on the first day, and the cart could only go in reverse. It was "repaired" 24 hours later, but it still didn’t hold a charge properly. I contacted the owner regarding the door, pots, and golf cart. She promised door maintenance but none showed up and initially said the pots were fine the day before, but I sent pictures showing the poor condition. We stayed for a week with two small kids under 4 and four adults. The property was great. The homeowner was super communicative and responsive to our questions. Not sure if the photos have been updated yet, but the couches and the master bathroom are new. Would definitely stay here again.
