Resort Fee (Nightly Charge):
● Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per night
● Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per night
● Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per night
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
● 1 to 7 days: $35 per night
● 8 or more days: $30 per night
● Monthly rate: $650 per month
● Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month

Very clean, comfortable, spacious place right on the beach with great views of the bay as well. Not too noisy, yet vibrant. Excellent food & drinks at restaurant in building and nearby. Only drawback was that the beach doesn’t have firm sand to walk on.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. It was clean, had the necessities we needed, and had a beautiful view. The location of the property was perfect, as we were there for Gulfstream Park. We could walk to the track, and had the options of several local restaurants.
